If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days if unopened box for a full refund.

If the device has been activiated  you may be eligibile for return with in 28 days for 15% restocking fee + paypal 2.7% non refundable fee for a total of 17.7%

Your device has a 1 year warranty on manufacture defects. If you believe your device has a defect please give us a call. We will start the RMA process to have the device inspected for defects. Defects in these devices are incredibly rare. You will need to send us the defective device for inspection!

There are no returns for product after the 28 days return period. There are no exceptions to this. Returns
